This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. The publisher

The Mysik app and the mysik.app website are published by BOURBON MEDIA (SAS, SIREN 994 481 505). Contact: support@mysik.app.

2. The service

Mysik analyzes the photo you take and suggests a playlist of existing music tracks, in the form of public metadata (title, artist, artwork) and official links to listening platforms (Apple Music, YouTube). Mysik hosts, streams and generates no music. Listening happens on those platforms, under their own terms and, where applicable, your own subscription.

3. The free tier

Without paying, you get 5 moments each month, playlists up to 30 minutes, the tracklist to copy, the share card, one context and 30 days of journal.

4. The "Mysik Unlimited" subscription

  • Price: €9.99 per month, or €59.99 per year. The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial (one trial per Apple account; the durations and prices displayed in the app at the time of purchase prevail).
  • The subscription is purchased, billed and automatically renewed through your Apple account (App Store). It is managed and can be cancelled at any time from your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). If cancelled mid-period, it stays active until the end of the period already paid.
  • Refunds: since payments are processed by Apple, any refund request is made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Your use

You agree to photograph only scenes you have the right to photograph, and not to misuse the service (reverse engineering, deliberate overload, resale). We may suspend access in the event of clear abuse.

6. Liability

Mysik offers music suggestions: their relevance is our job, not a contractual guarantee. Track availability depends on the listening platforms. The service is provided with care, without a guarantee of total absence of interruption.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge; their contact details will be provided on simple request to support@mysik.app.
